We are a wholesale trading company in Dubai. We buy from brand owners and manufacturers, we sell to the trade, and we keep the records that prove both sides of every trade.
Our range is premium cigars, hookah tobacco and pipe tobacco. We work under supply agreements with a large number of international cigar companies and tobacco producers, so goods are bought at source, in original sealed packaging, with the producer's documents for every lot.

Agreements with international cigar and tobacco companies.
We hold supply agreements with a large number of international cigar companies and tobacco producers. That is what lets us buy at source and keep the paperwork for every lot.
Written agreements
Products, terms and delivery conditions are agreed in writing with each producer, so every purchase rests on a contract.
Original packaging
Cigars and tobacco are bought in the producer's sealed boxes and tins, never repacked, with batch codes intact.
Producer documents
Invoices, origin and product documents are kept on file for every lot, from the producer to your warehouse.
From the producer to your warehouse, in five steps.
The same sequence applies to every order. Nothing is skipped for a large customer or a hurried one.
- One
Source
We buy from brand owners and manufacturers, or from distributors holding rights for the product, and keep the documents that show where the goods came from.
- Two
Verify
Before a first sale we identify the buyer and its owners, and screen them against sanctions lists.
- Three
Contract
Each order is confirmed in writing: product, quantity, price, delivery terms, payment and documents.
- Four
Ship
Goods move with the full document set and under the correct customs and excise status.
- Five
Settle
Payment is made by bank transfer on the agreed terms, and the order is closed with a complete set of records.
What travels with every shipment.
A buyer, a bank or a customs officer can ask for any of these at any point. We hold them before the goods leave.
Commercial invoice
Seller, buyer, goods, quantities, unit prices and agreed delivery terms.
Packing list
Cartons, weights and contents, matched to the invoice line by line.
Transport document
Bill of lading, airway bill or road consignment note for the leg we arrange.
Customs declarations
Export and import declarations that describe the goods the same way everywhere.
Product documents
Conformity certificates and registrations where the product category requires them.
Tax documents
Excise and VAT records, and digital tax stamps where they apply.
Three rules we do not bend.
They are written into how we work, and they apply to every customer and every supplier.
Know the customer
Every buyer is identified and verified before the first order, and checked again on a risk basis afterwards.
Genuine product
We buy only from brand owners, manufacturers and authorised distributors, and keep the documents that show where every box came from.
Complete records
Identification, contracts, invoices, shipping and payment records are kept for at least five years.
